Private Ice Cream Making Studio Session  

If you can dream it, you can make it! Have you been wishing for an ice cream flavor you cannot find or have had an idea you always wanted to try? Need a fun activity with friends, family or coworkers? Join us in our ice cream studio for a 1.5-2-hour session of ice cream making! Choose if your session is 100% fun, make it educationally filled with tasty science or a mix of both!

$85 per batch of ice cream. 

Each batch makes 6-8 pints of your custom flavor.

 1-3 people may participate in one batch, depending on group size.

4-8 batches per session. 

Total session price $340- $680

The session includes:

• Expert led ice cream making session for 4 to 12 people
• Each guest or group creates their own ice cream flavor!
• Each person or group will make 1 batch (6-8 pints) of your own custom ice cream flavor (Non-dairy options also available)
• Packaging, naming and labeling your ice cream creation 
• Exclusive use of ice cream studio for 1.5- 2 hours (depending on size)
• A thermal bag per batch and dry ice (if necessary) to ensure your ice cream makes it home frozen. 

The fine print:

• No outside food or beverages are permitted with the exception of birthday or celebration cake. Need an ice cream cake? We can help with that too!
• Deposit of $85 required for booking that will deducted from the event total
• Cancellation must be within 72 hours in order to refund the deposit. No shows or cancellations in less than 72 hours will forfeit the deposit
• Once a batch size is selected, that total amount for the group will be due during the event regardless of how many guests participate.
• Additional batches, up to 8 total, may be added during the session for $85 each
• Our studio best fits 12 adults. Up to 16 people may attend. Children of any age are welcome to attend however, our equipment is best sized for children over 6 years old.
• Final payments and any additional food and beverage can be split and paid per person during the event.
• PA 6% sales tax is added to all items.

Youth Group/Birthday Studio Session - $329

Book your next youth group or child's birthday party in our ice cream studio! This 2-hour instructor led session will teach kiddos the basics of making ice cream as they work in groups to make 4 different custom flavors batches. Each batch makes 6-8 pints of ice cream. 24-30 total pints will be produced so each child may take at least 2 pints home.

• 4 groups will each make a custom flavors (Non-dairy options also available)
• Packaging, naming and labeling your ice cream creation 
• Exclusive use of ice cream studio for 2 hours
• Hangry Bear thermal bag for host/birthday guest

The Fine Print:

• Youth Groups may book the 11am , 1:30pm and 4pm sessions only

• You may bring in birthday cake or cupcakes if desired. Please contact [email protected] to order food prior to your event.
• Groups up to 16 kiddos maximum may attend.  (Groups under 13 years old, 16 kiddos maximum plus 4 adults required to help assist with the process. If kiddos are over 13, 16 total people is recommended)
• 4 attendees MUST be adults and will be assist each group if kiddos are under 13.
• Due to the height of our tables, stools and equipment, we recommend ice cream studio sessions for kids 6 years old and older.
